Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Specification
To add to our vibrant team, we are looking for a highly qualified and accredited Project Manager. For our commercial and industrial clients, managing, accounting for, tracking, monitoring services, and cost recovery are significant for this role.The ideal applicant will be exceptionally skilled in data analysis and reporting, with a track record of success in team management.
Main Responsibilities
- Outline all the services provided and keep an eye on them to ensure they meet client requirements and company standards.
- Develop and execute project strategies to manage services for industrial and commercial clients.
- Adept at producing informative reports and presentations using Power BI, Excel, and other data management tools
- Ensure that the company’s policies and environmental standards are followed.
- Work together with different departments to make sure the project is completed smoothly.
- Report project progress updates on a regular basis to senior management.
- Analyze and track cost recovery while streamlining procedures to maximize productivity and profit.
- Lead, oversee, and inspire project teams to meet deadlines and goals.
- Employ data mining methodologies to collect project information.
Requirements
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, or a similar discipline.
- A master’s degree is encouraged.
- A thorough understanding of Power BI, Excel, data mining, and other relevant data management tools.
- Excellent negotiating, communication, and organizational skills.
- The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Five (5) years minimum of Project Management experience, preferably in the environmental services or recycling industry.
- Proven ability for effective team leadership and management.
Salary
N500,000/month
