Senior Project Manager – Corporate Role (Ghana & Nigeria)



About the Position:

In line with its expansion plans and to support continuous growth, RightCom is actively seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Project Manager. This role is instrumental in the meticulous planning, execution, and monitoring of key client projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and meeting defined quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure seamless planning and coordination among project collaborators.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to define project objectives, clarify specific requirements, and establish deadlines.
  • Manage and allocate necessary resources (human, technical, material, financial) to achieve project objectives.
  • Regularly monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, making adjustments as needed.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with company standards.
  • Identify and mobilize resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date schedule.
  • Assess and address risks.
  • Define project specifications in a technical file with consistent process-product alignment.
  • Define installation prerequisites (technical, deadline, financial) in specifications that account for production constraints.
  • Continuously track delivery against forecasts.
  • Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of information.
  • Monitor the quality and profitability of deliverables.
  • Manage conflicts and address problems that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in project management, business administration, IT, or related field.
  • Over 3 years of proven project management experience, preferably in technology or with a big four.
  • Advanced planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and associated software.
  • Team-oriented mindset with leadership and decisiveness.
  • Versatility in approach.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Creativity, innovation, and initiative.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in customer support and user experience enhancement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different business units.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to identify and respond to customer needs.
  • In-depth understanding of computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
