Aella is in search of a dynamic and inquisitive candidate to join our expanding data team as a Data Analyst Intern. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in aiding our comprehension and utilization of data assets, facilitating informed decision-making, propelling business growth, and ultimately transforming our operational landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the design and development of insightful Power BI reports and dashboards that make intricate data comprehensible and actionable.
- Execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from diverse sources.
- Construct Data Models using varied techniques to enhance decision-making processes.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to recognize data requirements, interpret results, and communicate findings effectively.
- Contribute to the upkeep and ongoing enhancement of our data infrastructure and processes.
Qualifications:
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Power BI, encompassing visualization creation, data formatting, and interactive dashboard development.
- A solid grasp of SQL, coupled with experience in crafting queries for data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.
- Proficiency in either Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, capable of presenting findings clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A keen desire to learn and develop, coupled with a passion for exploring new technologies and approaches to data analysis.
- 0-2 years of experience in data analytics.
