Fitstark App Appoints OOU Nursing Student as Head of IT

Fitstark, an all-in-one fitness and nutrition app designed to connect fitness professionals and enthusiasts, announces the appointment of Faozziyyah Opeyemi Daud as its new Head of IT. Faozziyyah brings a unique expertise in both the healthcare and technology fields, positioning her perfectly to lead Fitstark’s technological advancements.

Faozziyyah is currently a final-year nursing student at Olabisi Onabanjo University. Her academic pursuit in nursing provides her with an understanding of healthcare knowledge and medical protocols, which she brings to her role at Fitstark.

In addition to her nursing studies, Faozziyyah has successfully transitioned into the tech industry, with four years of experience as a programmer while balancing her studies. Her proficiency in various programming languages enables her to develop software with precision.

With Faozziyyah’s lead as the Head of IT, Fitstark plans to introduce its fitness app. This app, currently in progress, is designed to connect certified fitness coaches and nutritionists to users and to make the fitness community more accessible. Faozziyyah’s expertise in both health and technology will ensure that the app incorporates medically sound advice and guidelines that prioritize users’ safety and well-being.

The Fitstark app will feature a gym or fitness studio locator, workout plans based on individual health data, certified nutritionists providing healthy meal plans for users, virtual consultations with fitness and health experts to guide their weight loss journey, and community-driven challenges that encourage motivation. Faozziyyah’s involvement in the app’s development ensures a seamless user experience that prioritizes safety.

Faozziyyah Daud’s background in both nursing and programming makes her an ideal person for the role at Fitstark. Her healthcare knowledge ensures that the app will adhere to medical guidelines, while her tech expertise will guide the app’s innovative features and user-friendly design.

“We are incredibly excited to welcome Faozziyyah Daud as our new Head of IT,” said Nathaniel Ike, CEO of Fitstark. “The biggest returns in life come from volunteering and community service.

I understand that a lot of people want to get access to a platform, but they also need to know that a ‘platform’ is actually just a raised position.

And the fact is that if you feel you are too big to do it down there, then you don’t deserve to do it up here.

I can still remember that Faozziyyah joined us at Fitstark as an intern eight months ago while we were building the infrastructure for Fitstark. However, it is due to her positive attitude and approach to work that made her eligible for the promotion.

Meanwhile, one of my goals for 2024 is to give a lot of females in my network the opportunity to shine well and utilize their potential, because over the years, I have come to realize that people usually underestimate the female gender a lot and that is so wrong.

Trust me, they are incredible… They deliver great results in most cases.

Her dual expertise in health and technology aligns perfectly with our mission to create a comprehensive fitness solution. I am a big fan of Faozziyyah’s work and I look forward to us shattering more ceilings together.

We are confident that Fitstark will continue to emerge and lead in the health and wellness industry.”

Fitstark is prepared for notable growth under Faozziyyah’s leadership. Her vision for the future of the company includes expanding the app’s features, incorporating more customized health data, and fostering a supportive community of users committed to improving their fitness and well-being.

Faozziyyah Daud’s appointment as Head of IT promises advancements in enhancing the health and wellness of users worldwide. Fitstark looks forward to the contributions she will bring to the team and the fitness community.
