Job Title: Frontend Developer

Company Overview

Benmore Technologies, a prominent US-based software consulting firm, specializes in delivering exceptional software consulting and development services to startups and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). We are in search of a creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative Frontend Developer who excels in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in implementing high-fidelity designs using Tailwind CSS and HTML, replicating Figma designs with precision, and seamlessly collaborating with backend developers in a Scrum framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement user interface components using Tailwind CSS, HTML, and other frontend technologies in alignment with Figma designs.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure accurate translation of design elements into code.
  • Collaborate effectively with backend developers in a Scrum environment to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
  • Participate in regular sprint meetings, planning sessions, and code reviews, contributing to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in Tailwind CSS, HTML, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with replicating Figma designs into functional web pages.
  • Experience working in a Scrum/Agile development environment and understanding of its methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficient in Tailwind CSS, HTML, and responsive web design.
  • Strong understanding of Figma and its application in web development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and frameworks.

Work Environment and Schedule

  • This is a full-time, remote position offering flexibility and autonomy.
  • Work hours are flexible, but availability during Eastern Standard Time business hours (9am – 5pm) is required for collaboration with the team and Scrum meetings.
  • Regular participation in virtual team meetings and Scrum sessions is expected.
